2026 Away Football Game Reservations

Reservation and Cancellation Policy for Off-Campus Football Games

Reservations for hotel rooms and seats on charter buses must be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
You must be an active member of the Ole Miss Alumni Association in order to book a hotel room or bus seat. Check your membership status at olemissalumni.com/check-your-status/.
Cards will be charged IMMEDIATELY on submission.
You MUST fill out the online form to reserve your spot.
All room reservations will have a $25 cancellation fee per room per night.
All bus tickets will have a $10 cancellation fee per seat.
The last cancellation date for partial refund is listed below by each game. No refunds will be made after individual hotel cancellation deadlines.
If your reservation needs to be changed, please call Laurie Thompson with Ole Miss Sports Travel at 662-915-7375. Individual hotels will NOT be able to assist you.
Every effort will be made to accommodate our alumni, but bed type and smoking preference cannot be guaranteed.
